In the July meeting Matt LoPiccolo presented an update to our bylaws on behalf of the board.
Changes are not a judgment on the past, rather a part of the continuous improvement process and healthy for the organization. The focus of the changes are to align to our current practices, improve areas, and reduce our risk and liability based on new experiences and learnings.
On this page is a link to a “Red-line” version which shows the changes from the current By-Laws along with some comments about the proposed change. Also, there is a link to a clean copy of the proposed By-Laws which may be easier to read and a link to the current By-Laws.
Please send your questions or comments to Chuck Wolf and Matt LoPiccolo. We will review questions at the August meeting.
