Step 2 – Complete Payment at Bottom of this page— Note you must use the Paypal site if you apply online. However, if you do not have a PayPal account you may pay as a “Guest” on the PayPal site and enter your credit card information. Please make sure you complete Step 2, Payment, at the BOTTOM of this page.

In the boxes below:
1. Select your Membership type from the drop-down menu below. The choices are:
Renewal Individual (Member 1 only), or
Renewal Couple (Member 1 & Member 2), or
New Member Individual (Member 1 only), or
New Member Couple (Member 1 & Member 2)
2. Add any comments / additional information.
3. Then Click the Pay Now button below to be directed to PayPal. At the PayPal site, select either (1) pay with your PayPal account or (2) pay as a guest with a credit card. Once you have supplied the necessary payment information complete the purchase and then select “return to Merchant” which will return you to a blank page with the main menu on our website.
